Contract 8812 – Construction of New Bus Terminal at Shenton Way

Construct New Bus Terminal comprising with green roof, new driveway and bus parking areas, new ingress and engress with lockable vehicular gates, new welded-mesh security fencing. Supply deliver, install, test and commission all M&E services for new Bus Terminal include CCTV, ACMV, PA system, Fire Protection, P&S. New ancillary buildings within the existing Bestway Building compound including substation, consumer switch room, MDF room and bin centre. Construct and modify carpark at Prince Edward Road. To construct new side table along Shenton Way including cycling path, footpath and covered linkway from the new Bus Terminal building to the existing bus stop.
